Slowly but sure, I feel like everyone - if not every foodies - is excited about new places and I am talking about the restaurants only, the art of new places opening or even the moment when you wait until it opens is always exciting (at least for me) and that's exactly how I deal with this one, another new comer, another Ismaya's creative venture, Publik Markette located inside the growing Central department store, Grand Indonesia just across NOMZ and near UNION DELI.

All these times I’ve been struggling with the eye cylinder that I’ve been suffering. Initially I didn’t have any eye problem and not until the middle of last year that I knew about that because I started feeling that I need to quinch my eyes more to read small letters and number in a certain distance, AND THAT’S THE MAIN REASON WHY I’VE BEEN WEARING CONTACT LENS! But currently, I found myself too lazy to wake up (even waking up is lazy) and put on the contact lens and for some reasons, my eyes tend to be very dry in the morning and most of the times, putting on the contact lens could irritate my eyes. I know I could just moist my eyes with the eye drops and put them on but yes sometimes I am THAT lazy.

Went to this new eatery in Pantai Indah Kapuk a couple of days ago because I heard they provide Gyu Tan Don here and I am such a sucker of that. Talking about the food trend, Gyu Tan Don is big right now and you can easily find an appetizing looking GTD in Jakarta and it's probably near you, like this one if you live around Pluit or PIK area.

The number of new restaurant in Jakarta, especially in Senopati could be overwhelming, astonishing and surprising, it felt like just a few days ago I mentioned "the newest joint" and in less than a week after my latest post, another new joint is opening, so by the time you're looking at my old posts you're going to see a lot of that so I do hope you're looking at the dates.

With the number of new restaurants opening in Jakarta, frankly speaking, only several that really gets me in the good way. I think I have pointed this out so many times it almsot bores me, had lunch earlier today at this (at the moment as I am writing this) two month old casual French restaurant named "Avec Moi" (read: Ah-Vekh-Mwa) and unexpectedly, it changed my perception of the mainstream new eateries. Avec Moi means "with me" in English and I want you to stick with me right now and keep on reading.

Short to say, there's a new hangout spot opening in Senopati...yet again! I wonder why so many bloody rich Indonesians because truth be told, opening a restaurant in Senopati is clearly not cheap! No no no, no I am jealous tsk tsk, I am very happy for them because I've told you so many times how I love visiting w places and they're like the genies and you can consider me the Alladin, but this time, it's me entering the eateries ME SO PHUNNY! I first heard about this new hangout place in Senopati from a friend and he told me about this place that uniquely sells only Dim Sum as the main course and liquors to go along, well, personally I don't drink but I am curious enough about their Dim Sum and a couple of days ago I fulfil my curiosity and long time Dim Sum craving!

This new coffee shop caught my attention straight away as my friend posted a photo of this particular on her Instagram. I've always have that thing for coffee shops and I found them really sexy in the most delicious and curious ways, there's something about the smell of coffee that's very addicting and comforting, it's almost like you can't have enough of them.
