The arrival of this restaurant should be a bliss as well as warning to its peers, in just the count of days, precisely next week April 23rd 2017, A new Korean steakhouse: AB Steak by Chef Akira Back is ready to MEAT you and make sure all the GRILLS gone wild! Pun intended.
The Union group is certainly a group of creative people with class and whatever they create never cease to disappoint me in any form, after being hugely successful with Union followed by the other establishments under their name, their latest establishment is now specially dedicated for steak enthusiasts, I give you... BISTECCA.
Bistecca is technically the neighbor of its own sibling, The Dutch, which is also located in the same area at 18 Parc SCBD. Something about how Bistecca looked from outside that reminded me of Union Deli in Grand Indonesia, but in general, the restaurants under Union group are gorgeous with great attention to details and pretty much on this same Fancy Vintage New York pub-like designs which I completely fall for.

So happy to let you guys know about this: THE RACLETTE STEAK INVASION IS COMING TO JAKARTA!!! The highly hyped New York steak trend is brought to Jakarta by the fabulous steakhouse in Puri Pesanggrahan: Willie Brothers Steakhouse, and it's going to be available TODAY: September 1st 2016!
The number of steakhouses in Jakarta is rapidly growing, but I notice one thing in common about the new ones: they’re now packaging their concept as an affordable steakhouse, and believe me Ruth Chris is not included to this genre.

I went to have lunch with my sis and her boyfriend at this not so hidden gem called Cut’ n Grill, located precisely at The Bale in Daan Mogot area. The steakhouse indeed had this homey vibe to it and was quite spacious making it easily noticable from the outsidea, if you are familiar with Jco The Bale, it’s located just behind it.
I am a food blogger, but that doesn’t necessarily means I know every single dining place in the whole universe, I still have so much to learn and discover, so why not discover together?!

I went to Australia last year and made a visit to Tasmania for a few days, as I was strolling the city of Hobart, I saw one vintage looking Hogs Breath outlet somewhere along the way, and that was actually the first time that I found out that Hogs Breath was actually originated from Australia, I mean I saw this restaurant in Central Park before the Australia trip, but never actually knew that it’s actually from Australia!
