Seriously, I miss going out and do reviews, and that's exactly what I did today with my sister who slept over last night, FYI my sister is married and we work together in our business, so everytime we have projects to discuss (and when there are many) she and her kid usually sleepover at my house (btw my nephew is the most adorable kid but I don't share much details about him) and I have to thank my bro-in-law for allowing her to stay at least once every week HAHA, I was craving for some good burger so before I drove her off back to her house we decided to grab a quick lunch.

This will be a short review of the newly opened Flip Burger in Senopati.

Kudos to Chef Afit and the "holy" family for finally opening their very own "Flip Burger", after the huge success of HolyCow followed by the other holy molies like HolyGyu, HolyRibs, and Loobie Lobster (and while burger is more my kind of thing) I honestly expects a lot from the highly buzzed Flip Burger.

There are not a lot of gourmet burger houses in Jakarta so it's quite easy for me to refer to when people ask me where to have good burgers in Jakarta. The Republic of Burger is definitely on that top part of my list. A week ago, I took my brother to have lunch at their Kemang branch (which has been around for a year +), they have several outlets spread around town, but the Kemang branch is personally the one that I like the most, it might not the most spacious, but has access to the warm daylight (if you're lucky getting the seat by the window), and somehow more spacious than their previous Cipete outlet.

It’s not a secret that I love exploring food, I think when you actually let yourself open to any restaurant, dining scene & concept, it could be one of the most unforgettable moment in your life.
